Local Deliveries

Flooring deliveries within Connecticut and the sourrounding areas are done via Housatonic Harwoods and our private delivery company. Depending on the size of the order, our trucking company will use a 16' box truck, 24' box truck, 28' trailer, or a 45' trailer.
Driveway conditions must allow for our delivery trucks to access your jobsite. Unless a forklift is available at the jobsite, each bundle of floring is offloaded by hand.

Long Distance Deliveries

Deliveries outside the Connecticut area are done via common carrier(Estes, CCX, FedEx Freight, etc.). Unless a forklift is available at the jobsite, a residential delivery fee will be charged to each customer that requires a common carrier delivery.
